The development is on 41.3 acres and comprises of just over 74,322m2 of buildings which comprises of the distribution centre together with the following facilities; a 3 storey main office, transport office, Goods Inwards office, VMU and a training centre. The external works incorporate a vehicle wash and fuelling facilities, parking for 161no HGV's and 344no cars.

The Solution

Contract value: £37 million

Duration: 12 months

  • Assisted with site set up and formulating site waste management plan.
  • Full segregation on site for all construction and hazardous wastes. Bespoke waste signage provided.
  • Logistical space allowed the use of larger waste containers, thus reducing CO2 emissions for waste movements.
  • Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report.
