The project, on Cowley Bridge Road, involved the construction of a 4,707m2 two-storey facility delivering a full refurbishment to Thomas Hall, the grade II listed building that was formerly a university hall of residence. In addition, the project included the construction of a separate hall and kitchen, six kindergarten classrooms, new car parks and landscaping of the grounds. Steiner Academy Exeter opened in September 2015 and accommodates 624 full time students aged between four and 16 years old.

- Assisted with site set up and formulating site waste management plan.
- Full segregation on site for all construction and hazardous wastes.
- Logistical space allowed the use of larger waste containers, thus reducing CO2 emissions for waste movements.
- Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report
