Our client built this four-star, 202-bedroom hotel in the desirable Great West Quarter development in Brentford. The hotel is adjacent to the M4, so a high acoustic performance was used for the external façade. Brick slips were used to form rainscreen cladding. The fit-out of the hotel basement includes the construction of a swimming pool. Achieving BREEAM Good, some 95% of waste was diverted from landfill.

- Assisted with site set up and formulating site waste management plan.
- Delivered a solution based on the severe logistical constraints on site.
- A variety of containers were used throughout the project demonstrating a flexible solution, whilst also giving consideration to the build programme and materials schedule, thus neutralising waste costs where possible.
- Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report.
