The project involved the construction of a new 95,000 sqft warehouse and integrated three storey office building. McLaren fitted out the warehouse area with heating, lighting and sprinklers, and the office building to Category A and B standards.External works formed a major element of the contract. They included the construction of a car park, service yard, acoustic fencing and hard and soft landscaping. The project also included extensive infrastructure upgrading works to the existing business park. All of the aggregates from the existing buildings were recycled to reduce CO² emissions and traffic congestion.

- Assisted with site set up and formulating site waste management plan.
- Logistical space allowed the use of larger waste containers, thus reducing CO2 emissions for waste movements.
- Full segregation on site for all construction, office/welfare and hazardous wastes.
- Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report.
