The Brief

42-43 Pall Mall comprises a new build development behind a classic Portland stone façade to create four luxury residential apartments with retail units on the ground and lower floors.

The Solution

Duration: 20 months

  • Delivered a solution based on the logistical constraints on site.
  • With the exception of hardcore and rubble all waste was removed via a compaction vehicle that attended site everyday – collecting on average 20 bins per day.
  • Full segregation on site for all construction, office/welfare and hazardous wastes.
  • Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report.
