The new Dawson Building within Brighton College Boarding House provides students with four additional floors of accommodation and break out areas. The new extension consists of brick and flint façades to match the existing college buildings. Architectural metalwork hoop reveals around the triple glazed windows replicate the old stone surrounds on adjacent buildings. The building achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.

- This was a live project during term time and strict timings for waste movements were paramount.
- A variety of containers were used throughout the project demonstrating a flexible solution, whilst also giving consideration to the build programme and materials schedule, thus neutralising waste costs where possible.
- Assisted with site set up and formulating site waste management plan.
- Advised and reported for BREEAM & CCS accreditation, with full post completion report.
